Professor Qiang Gao, School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beihang University
Biography:Prof Qiang Gao is currently a professor of School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beihang University, and also a Senior Member of China Computer Federation and IEEE.Prof Qiang Gao received the Ph.D. degree Institute of computing technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. His primary research interests are in the areas of Wireless Communication, Wireless Networks. He has 13 patents authorized and he has the software copyright of iCOSA with register number 2009SR057690 and Digital media copyright management system, register number, 2009SR058881. As so far, he has won the first prize of Improvement Award in defence-related science and technology

Professor Jian Wang, Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology
Biography: Prof. Jian Wang is currently a professor at the Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China. Jian Wang received the Ph.D. degree in physical electronics from the Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2008. He worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the optical communications laboratory in the Ming Hsieh Department of Electrical Engineering of the Viterbi School of Engineering, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California, USA, from 2009 to 2011. He has devoted his research efforts to innovations in photonic integrated devices and frontiers of high-speed optical communications and optical signal processing. He has more than 300 publications, including 3 book chapters, 2 special issues, 3 review articles, 5 invited papers, 42 tutorial/keynote/invited talks (invited talk at OFC2014, tutorial talk at OFC2016), 8 postdeadline papers, and more than 100 journal papers published on Science, Nature Photonics, Scientific Reports, Optics Express, Optics Letters, etc.

Professor Yi-Fei Wei, School of Electronic Engineering in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications
Biography: Dr. Wei joined School of Electronic Engineering in BUPT from Jan. 2010 and became an Associate Professor from 2012. He was promoted as the Vice Dean of School of Science in BUPT from 2014. He received the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2011 and 2015. He obtained Beijing Higher Education Young Elite Teacher Project in 2013. He won best paper award at the 2011 IET/International Conference on Communication Technology and Application. He was involved in several projects funded by National High Technology Research and Development Program of China, and International cooperation projects. He has published more than 30 papers in journals and conferences, and applied more than 20 patents in recent years. He involved in FP7 ECONET project and participated in the ETSI STANDARD 203‐237. He has published two books. He has served on the Technical Program Committees (TPC) of IEEE conferences such as INFOCOM, GLOBECOM, ICC, VTC, etc.

Professor Chin-Ling Chen, Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at Chaoyang University of Technology
Biography: Chin-Ling Chen was born in Taiwan in 1961. He received a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Feng Cha University in 1991; the M.S. degree and Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics at National Chung Hsing University, Taichung, Taiwan, in 1999 and 2005, respectively. He is a member of the Chinese Association for Information Security and Taiwanese Association for Consumer Electronics. From 1979 to 2005, he was a senior engineer at Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. He is currently a professor of the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at Chaoyang University of Technology, Taiwan. From 2011, he is an Editorial Board member of six International Journals. His research interests include Authentication Mechanism, Web Service, M-Commerce, E-Commerce, Digital Signature, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Wireless Sensor Network, Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANET), Ad Hoc Networks, Home Network, Medical Safety Service and Digital Right Management security issues etc. Dr. Chen had published over 70 articles on the above research fields in SCI/SSCI international journals. And he also got 10 Taiwan patents. From 2006 to 2015, he got the reward of the distinguished researcher every year at Chaoyang University of Technology. From 2010 to 2016, he had been invited to review 165 SCI/ SSI Journal articles.

Professor Fang-Jun Huang, School of Data and Computer Science, Sun Yat-sen University
Biography: Prof. Fang-Jun Huang received his M.E. and Ph.D in Department of Control Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China. He is currently a professor in the School of Date and Computer Science, Sun Yat-Sen University. His primary research interests are Multimedia Processing; Multimedia Security; Digital Forensics. He has published papers on IEEE Trans.Information Forensics and Security which is top international journal in this area and many other authorative journals such as ET Information Security, Science in China Series F: Information Sciences and so on.


Professor Kwang Mong Sim, Chair Professor of CS at the University of Kent, UK.
Biography:Kwang Mong Sim is an IET Fellow. He was a Chair Professor of CS at the University of Kent, UK. Professor Sim has 25 years of research and teaching experience in 7 countries, including UK and Canada. He was the Associate Editor-in-Chief of Springer’s Applied Intelligence Journal. He is an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics and IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing. He was an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on SMC, Part C and Guest Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Systems Journal. His general research interests include multiagent systems and Cloud computing. He is the creator and pioneer of “agent-based Cloud computing”. For his contributions to agent-based Cloud computing and automated negotiation, he was awarded Fellow of IET. He received 15 awards/accolades for his publications, including a “Best of 2013: ACM 2013’s Most Notable Article in Computing”, a Spotlight Paper in the IEEE Transactions on Services Computing, the No. 4 Most Popular Paper in IEEE Xplore, and 4 Most Popular papers in 4 IEEE Transactions, and Best Conference Paper awards. Originally from Singapore, he received his Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of Calgary, AB, Canada, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.Sc.(Hon) degree from the University of Ottawa, ON, Canada.
